The right rate, the order at the shop, the money in the bank.

- A chase list with promises, cheques counted when they are deposited, bounced cheques reversed, TDS and discount at payment, and a warning when a customer goes over the credit limit. Reminder emails go by themselves; WhatsApp reminders are a list you send from your own phone.
- Price lists by customer group, quantity slabs, special rates and schemes like buy 10 get 1 free. Quotations, orders and invoices take the right rate by themselves.
- Beats by weekday for each salesman. On the phone he checks in at the shop, takes the order from its price list and it lands as a sales order. His location is asked once, at check-in, and he can say no.
- A distributor network or a sales team on commission. For direct selling: a team tree, BV on every invoice line (returns take it back), a monthly close you approve, then payouts with TDS, a bank upload file and statements on WhatsApp or print. Do I need to install anything?
No. WerkFox runs in the browser on your computer and on your phone. Sign in at app.werkfox.com with Google or your email.
What happens when the 7 free days end?
Pick Pro or Standard, monthly or yearly, from Billing inside WerkFox. We email you a payment link for UPI or card within one working day, and your plan switches on as soon as it is paid. If you pick Standard, the Pro apps lock: their screens show what Pro adds, and nothing you entered in them is deleted. Move up to Pro later and it is all there.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Pro is ₹1,999 and Standard is ₹999 a month, plus 18% GST. Yearly is the price of 10 months. You get a GST invoice from us, so you can claim the input credit.
Does WerkFox make e-invoices or e-way bills?
Not yet. Invoices carry everything GST needs, and WerkFox reminds you when an invoice for goods is above ₹50,000 and needs an e-way bill, which you make on the government portal.
Can I bring my customers and items from Excel?
Yes. Import customers and items from an Excel or CSV file, up to 2,000 rows at a time. Rows with a mistake come back with the reason, so you can fix them and try again.
Is it right for my trade?
If you make, trade or stock goods, yes: those apps are live today, with quality checks, racks and bins, machine maintenance and job work. Traders also get dealer price lists, schemes and field sales. Direct selling companies can run their distributor network, with BV and a monthly payout, and any company can pay its sales team commission. Any business can chase what it is owed with Collections. Repair businesses can run job cards now. Transport, construction, consulting and field service businesses can bill, quote and run payroll, and transport and construction can look after their vehicles and machines; their own apps are coming. Who can see salaries?
Only the owner and admins. Everyone else on your team can still mark attendance, without seeing anyone's pay.
